Integration
Vehicle preset
Select the target vehicle the transmission is being integrated with.
BMW E-series, older models (CAN11h protocol)older E-series models, such as E38, E39, E46, etc.BMW E-series, newer models (BN2000 protocol)newer E-series models, such as E60, E90, etc.
ECU preset
Select the engine ECU the transmission is being integrated with.
ECU preset CAN ID offset
Sets an offset added to the default CAN IDs of the selected preset. Available only for integration with a standalone ECU.
Display gear limit
Sets the highest gear that can be shown on the instrument cluster. Useful in cars whose cluster supports fewer than 8 gears.
EGS preset
8HP F-series Gen1/Gen2Support for first- and second-generation transmissions: 8HP45, 8HP50, 8HP70, 8HP75, 8HP90 from any F-series BMW.8HP G-series Gen2Support for second-generation transmissions: 8HP50, 8HP75 from any G-series BMW.
Shifter
This setting chooses whether the transmission uses the original shifter or an emulation provided by the controller.
Original BMW shifter connected to the transmissionThe factory shifter, matching the transmission generation: an F-series shifter for an F-series transmission or a G-series shifter for a G-series transmission. E-series ATC
Support for BMW E-series xDrive transfer cases. The setting determines the default front-axle drive state after ignition on. The drive can then be turned on or off (even while driving) using a switch wired to an analog or digital input.
