EGS Bridge LCD
EGS Bridge LCD is a dedicated data display that works with EGS Bridge. It's built on the Waveshare ESP32-C6-Touch-LCD-1.47 module and can show the current gear along with any available parameter.
The project is free. You buy the display module yourself, for example on AliExpress.
Pick the LCD With Touch or LCD With Touch-H version. The touch isn't used at the moment, but the firmware is built for that hardware, so a non-touch module won't work.
The first firmware flash is done over USB with EGS Bridge Manager 1.1 or newer. After that, updates go over the data bus, with no USB needed.
Communication between the controller and the display is one-way, over a dedicated protocol. Wire the display's Pin 7 to the controller's Aux 1 output, then set that output's function to EGS Bridge LCD.
The display can be powered over USB-C, or by feeding 5V to its VBAT pin. That 5V can come straight from the controller's A8 5V pin.
